Article 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the acf4b8 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform.
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. acf4b8 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any person below the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited from registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game on the platform. 18+
- Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts may not use acf4b8.
- Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly and unambiguously prohibited by law. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of acf4b8 complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
- Single Account: Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the acf4b8 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances associated with duplicate accounts.
- Own Identity: You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Registering under a false identity, using another person's details, or misrepresenting any information during the registration process is a material breach of these Terms.
- Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and close family members of acf4b8 and its affiliated software providers are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in any promotional offer on the platform.

Article 3
Account Registration

- Any activity conducted through your acf4b8 account using your correct login credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be fully responsible for all such activity, including any financial transactions.
- Players must notify acf4b8 support immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account or believe their login credentials have been compromised. acf4b8 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon verified notification.
- acf4b8 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.
- Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service
- Enable SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) from account settings
- Log out fully after each session, especially on shared or public devices
- Never access acf4b8 via unsecured or public Wi-Fi networks without VPN protection
- Regularly review your account activity history for any unrecognised transactions
Article 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
acf4b8 is committed to providing fast, secure, and locally relevant payment processing for all Bangladesh-based Players. All financial transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and processed through the payment channels listed below. Players must ensure that the payment method used for deposits matches the payment method used for withdrawals wherever technically possible, in line with standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
- Deposit Limits: Minimum deposit amounts are as specified per payment method above. acf4b8 may set maximum daily deposit limits per account, which may vary based on account verification status and responsible gaming settings chosen by the Player.
- Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours under standard conditions. During high-traffic periods such as BPL match days, Eid, or IPL season, processing may take up to 48 hours. acf4b8 aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts.
- Withdrawal Eligibility: A minimum of one deposit must have been made before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Players must have completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before those funds are eligible for withdrawal.
- KYC for Withdrawals: acf4b8 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Players whose accounts have not yet been fully verified may experience delays in withdrawal processing until the required documents are submitted and approved.

Funds deposited on the platform must originate from legitimate sources. acf4b8 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any account and to delay or decline withdrawals pending the outcome of AML checks.
- Transaction Responsibility: Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payment details submitted when making deposits or requesting withdrawals. acf4b8 is not liable for funds lost or delayed due to incorrect payment information provided by the Player.
- Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). acf4b8 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees incurred by the Player's bank or mobile financial service are the sole responsibility of the Player.
Article 5
Bonuses & Promotions
acf4b8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns tied to the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this article as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time it is offered.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, verified Players aged 18 and above. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, each bonus is available once per Player, per household, and per IP address.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion description at the time of the offer. acf4b8 does not retroactively change wagering requirements after a Player has accepted a bonus.
- Eligible Games: Not all games on the acf4b8 platform may contribute equally to wagering requirements. Cricket betting and certain live casino games may contribute at a different rate than slots. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically stated in days from the date the bonus is credited. If the wagering requirement is not met within the expiry period, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
- Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of a bonus is capped at a multiple of the original bonus value as specified in the promotion terms. Winnings exceeding the stated cap will be removed from the account at the point of withdrawal request.
- Abuse and Fraud Prevention: acf4b8 maintains active systems to detect bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting strategies, systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear bonuses without genuine risk, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Players found to be engaging in any form of bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

Article 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
By placing any bet or participating in any game on the acf4b8 platform, Players agree to abide by the specific rules applicable to that game or betting market, as well as the general rules set out in this article. acf4b8 provides cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games (Slide), and card games (Rummy), each governed by the rules of the respective game type in addition to these general Terms.
- Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until acf4b8's systems have processed and issued a bet confirmation reference number. In the event of any technical failure before confirmation, the bet will be deemed void and any staked funds will be returned to the Player's account balance.
- Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game tables. These limits are displayed within each market or game interface and may be adjusted by acf4b8 at any time based on risk management requirements.
- Error Resolution: In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, game results, or payout calculations, acf4b8 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct any erroneous payouts, regardless of whether the funds have already been credited to the Player's account balance.
- Disconnection Policy: acf4b8 is not liable for bets or game rounds affected by a Player's internet disconnection, device failure, or power outage on the Player's side. Where technically possible, in-play bets placed before disconnection will be settled according to the final result of the event. Players should ensure a stable connection before placing bets on live events.
Article 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the acf4b8 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances (including both real-money and bonus funds), and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one acf4b8 account per Player, household, or IP address.
- Identity Fraud: Registering under a false name, using another person's identity, or submitting forged or altered identity documents for KYC verification.
- Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating underage access by sharing account credentials with a minor.
- Money Laundering: Using the acf4b8 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal or criminal activity.
- Bonus Abuse: Engaging in systematic strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, including low-risk arbitrage betting, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, or collusive wagering to meet requirements without genuine risk.
- Collusion: Colluding with other Players in any game, particularly Rummy tables or live poker variants, to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
- Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any other technical means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard for deposits that were genuinely made on the platform.
- Abusive Behaviour: Engaging in threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward acf4b8 support staff or other Players via live chat, email, or any other channel.
- Match Fixing: Placing bets with knowledge of pre-arranged match outcomes, or any conduct related to sports corruption, match fixing, or spot fixing in any cricket or other sporting event.
- Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, overload, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the acf4b8 platform, including any attempt to manipulate RNG outcomes or game results.
- Unauthorised Commercial Use: Using acf4b8 content, data, odds feeds, or any platform material for commercial purposes without express written permission from acf4b8.
Article 8
Account Suspension & Closure
acf4b8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. This article sets out the circumstances under which such action may be taken, as well as the rights available to Players who wish to voluntarily close or temporarily deactivate their own account.
- Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. acf4b8 will notify the Player via their registered contact details before applying any dormancy policy. A dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the dormant account balance after a further 3-month notice period, until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the account.
- Balance on Closure: Where an account is closed by acf4b8 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method within 14 working days.
- Appeals Process: Players who believe their account has been suspended or closed in error may submit a formal appeal by contacting acf4b8 support via in-platform live chat or by emailing [email protected]. acf4b8 will acknowledge the appeal within 48 hours and provide a final determination within 14 working days of receiving all required information from the Player.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their acf4b8 account may do so at any time by contacting support via in-platform live chat. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, acf4b8 will:
- Confirm the closure request within 24 hours
- Process any remaining real-money balance to the Player's verified payment method within 5 working days
- Forfeit any active bonus balance, as bonuses are non-withdrawable on closure
- Deactivate the account and remove login access within 48 hours of confirmation
- Retain transaction and account records for the legally required period in accordance with our Privacy Policy
General Provisions
Intellectual Property, Liability & Governing Law
Intellectual Property: All content on the acf4b8 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, text, logos, and trade marks — is the exclusive property of acf4b8 or its licensed content partners. No Player or third party may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any acf4b8 content without express prior written authorisation.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acf4b8's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — including losses arising from technical failures, game errors, delayed payments, or account suspension — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. acf4b8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
Indemnification: Players agree to indemnify and hold harmless acf4b8, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Player's breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or violation of any applicable law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the operating licence under which acf4b8 operates. In the event of any dispute between a Player and acf4b8 that cannot be resolved through the standard support and appeals process, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. acf4b8 will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms applicable from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between acf4b8 and each Player and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
Language: These Terms are published and maintained in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
